Terms of Service 

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and "Fire100" regarding the use of the mobile game (hereinafter referred to as "Game").

2. Intellectual Property

  1. The Company retains all intellectual property rights related to the Game and its associated services.
  2. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise use the Game without the prior written consent of the Company.

3. Prohibited Uses

The User is prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  1. Hacking the Game or using cheating programs
  2. Exploiting bugs in the Game
  3. Using another person's account without authorization
  4. Engaging in activities that violate laws, public order, or morals
  5. Any other activities prohibited by the Company

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company is not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or data loss related to the Game.
  2. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Game.
  3. The Game is provided "as is," and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Game.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising between the Company and the User shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

6. Miscellaneous

  1. The content of these Terms may be changed as needed by the Company, and the revised Terms will take effect upon posting within the Game.
  2. Users may stop using the game if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions.
These Terms are effective from August 4, 2024.
